If i download video card software do i have to have the video card y use it?

please answer quickly i need this to play combat arms!|||You pretty much need the video card because the software was designed for that specific card. If you try to install the driver into your system, you can cause serious damage to your system or your current graphics card that can be beyond repair.|||ya duh, it wont install without the right card.
